Delaware Sex Offender Registry
This page contains information concerning Delaware Registered Sex Offenders pursuant to Delaware Code Title 11 Section 4121. This site permits the searching of the Delaware Sex Offender database to obtain more information concerning sexual predators and other convicted sexual offenders. Florida-Pasco County Sheriff's Office

Georgia Bureau of Investigation Sex Offender Registry
In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 42-1-12, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) is the central repository for Georgia's Violent Sexual Offender Registry. This registry holds information pertaining to sex offenders who have been released from prison, placed on probation, parole, or supervised release after July 1, 1996.
Georgia DeKalb County Convicted Sex Offenders
If you are convicted of a sexual offense and intend to live in DeKalb County after you are released from prison, you, your family, neighbors, friends, and employer can expect to see you in the newspapers, on the internet, and in the Sex Offender Register at the Sheriff's Office.
Hawaii Sex Offender Registration Information
Chapter 846E, Hawaii Revised Statutes, mandates that the Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center maintain a central repository of convicted sex offenders in the State of Hawaii. Persons who have been convicted of certain sex offenses or offenses against children are required to register. Each registered sex offender is given a court hearing to determine if that person's information shall be made public. The following information about those persons is available to the public: name, photograph, street name of residence, vehicle(s) driven, street name of employment, college/university affiliation, and crime for which convicted.

Kansas Sex Offender Registry
Due to the Kansas Supreme Court's decision in State v. Myers, 260 Kan. 669 (1996), the Kansas Offender Registration, enacted by K.S.A. 22-4901 et seq., contains information only on convicted offenders who committed their offenses on or after April 14, 1994.

North Carolina Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry
The North Carolina Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry was established in January 1996 due to the General Assembly's enactment of Article 27A of Chapter 14 of the North Carolina General Statutes (NCGS 14-208.5). This law requires a person who is a resident of North Carolina and who has a reportable conviction to maintain registration with the sheriff of the county where the person resides. If the person moves to North Carolina from outside this State, the person shall register within 10 days of establishing residence in this State, or whenever the person has been present in the State for 15 days, whichever comes first
