Hawaii State Archives
The Archives Division administers the executive branch's archives and records management programs under the direction of the State Comptroller. The functions of the programs are mandated by Chapter 94, Hawaii Revised Statutes. The Division is organized into two branches, the Historical Records Branch and the Records Management Branch.
The Historical Records Branch maintains the Hawaii State Archives, the state's central repository for non-current government records of permanent value. The State Archives also houses other historical materials including manuscript collections, maps, photographs, and government publications. The Archives is open to the public.
The Records Management Branch provides support services to state government agencies of the executive and legislative branches. It does not offer services directly to the public.
Indiana State Archives
The Indiana State Archives is the official repository of Indiana government records of permanent historical and legal significance. It principally contains records generated by state government and state agencies, but also holds a major collection of county and local government records.
Massachusetts Archives
The Massachusetts Archives preserves and makes available for research the records of state government. It ensures the preservation of the essential non-current records of state government, provides ready access to those records to all interested persons free of charge, provides assistance to government agencies to manage their records, provides leadership to ensure the preservation and accessibility of Massachusetts� historical heritage, and promotes appreciation of the value of historical records.

Oklahoma Archives
The State Archives and Records Management Divisions combined have accessioned and processed more than 65,000 cubic feet of records reflecting approximately 5,000 series. These materials include records of most state agencies and constitutional officers, vividly reflecting the history of Oklahoma State government.
